Mr Zahoor Ahmad Joined Diamond Group of Industries as Manager Corporate & Tax in November 1994. Soon after his association he proved to be a quality manager and an initiative person. He is an enthusiastic, young and energetic person. He has 24 years long rich experience in corporate affairs of the company. He is well versed with The Companies Ordinance, 1984, Code of Corporate Governance, The Companies (General Provisions and Forms) Rules, 1985, Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2003, SECP (Appellate Bench Procedure) Rules, 2003, Central Depositories Act, 1997 and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchanges. His innovation and knowledge about corporate affairs is always helpful to the company. In view of his excellent performance, his loyalty, commitment, dedication, constant struggle and efficient performance, the management promoted him to the position of Company Secretary upon the death of his predecessor in April 2016.

He is a knowledgeable person and has shown good grasp of all his official assignments. Presently, in recognition and appreciation of his meritorious professional services he has been elevated as a member of Board of Directors in Diamond Home Textile (Pvt) Ltd., one of the companies of Diamond Group of Industries whereas in all other companies of our Group, he is holding the prestigious position of Company Secretary.
